Cara yang benar adalah dengan menekan tombol on/off di ONT atau melalui aplikasi MyTelkomsel.

Cara 1: Lihat di bagian belakang perangkat (ONT/router) ada tombol merah dengan tulisn On/Off. Tekan sekali untuk mematikan, kemudain tunggu 10-15 detik tekan lagi sekali tombol tersebut untuk menghidupkan.

Cara 2, Buka aplikasi MyTekomsel, setelah login, klik tab IndiHome. Dari daftar menu klik ikon IndiHome, klik tab Jaringan, lalu tekan tombol 'Restart Jaringan'.
